i can't. i can only attribute my slow aging to genetics that make my deep sleep more effective. there is forms of yoga where they induce delta wave sleep at will and they can literally function on like 15 minutes a day, at normal levels.

i've never got around to learning how to do that. i'd love to even just lower my sleep requirement to like 4h a day. i think another part of it may have to do with digestion and diet as well. eggs and pork, are notable sources of phenylalanine and tyrosine, and eggs are my favourite. omg, i have eggs today, not factory ones also. i think that my low sleep requirement comes mainly from eggs, to be honest. i'm so stoked i got eggs again. damn. i gotta go cook some eggs. shit.
