In an anarchist / agorist society these employer-employee relations will be almost inexistent for sure. Almost anyone will be self-employed, run a small business or participate in some kind of cooperative, this what a true freed-market means

The idea of using self-employment, in effect self-government and self-effort to flatten the market and hollow out economic monopoly power, warms my heart.
