#asknostr QUESTION:

What is stopping someone from building a nostr-based client that enables live streaming with lightning or cash micropayment streaming?

It seems to me that this could be used to build a comprehensive digital environment where people could have private group calls, public streams that charge a set fee, and many other use cases.

The limiting factor obviously would be the necessary server capabilites without being completely centralized in a few data centers.

However, if people could be properly incentivized to run large relays by charging a fee for their service than it could grow organically much like the bitcoin network itself creating a market for relay services.

I am not very technically proficient so could someone please explain to me why this wouldn't work?
