"If I could leave you with any words of wisdom it would be two things that I have always tried to live my life by: Make sure you always put yourself in the position of anyone you ever have contact with. You will never truly know a man or woman until you try to see things from their perspective. Secondly, never pass judgment or put anger on someone too quickly or harshly. Because I guarantee you that person is fighting a battle that you know nothing about."

Or..."what is best in life?" "To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women."

😂 one of my favourite movie quotes! I'd zap you if you had a lightning address!

That last sentence has been so informative for me since I first heard it several years ago.

It also helps in moments of anxiety when you're worried what people will think of you. 1) They don't actually care -- because 2) they are already consumed with something in their mind about their own life, just like you.

That’s so true, GiGi

Very wisely !

Wise words. To say you would act differently than another, in any given situation, is to say you understand the totality of their life’s experiences. I can say no such things about anyone but myself.

If we were in other’s shoes we would do take the exact same actions.

💜Jesus said to his disciples:

"Stop judging, that you may not be judged.

For as you judge, so will you be judged,

and the measure with which you measure will be measured out to you.

Why do you notice the splinter in your brother's eye,

but do not perceive the wooden beam in your own eye?

How can you say to your brother,

'Let me remove that splinter from your eye,'

while the wooden beam is in your eye?

You hypocrite, remove the wooden beam from your eye first;

then you will see clearly

to remove the splinter from your brother's eye."✌️
