Step 1.

Business idea: fund a new (1970 or 80’s style) serial killer. The world needs a new serial killer. We had so many back in the day. Now, nothing.

Step 2.

Figure out how to make money on this idea.

Step 1: We call them politicians now. Your tax dollars find them. Step 2: Offer to donate money to their campaign and you will get kickbacks.
