Depends on the acinq channels and the routes it takes. This is typical of non custodial lightning. If you're zapping with alby to alby, there is no fee. If you want no fee zapping, try cashu

Phoenix would be more of a spending wallet and stacking until it justified pushing onchain to cold storage in a larger utxo. If you just use lightning for zapping, then yeah alby is more than sufficient.
