Protip: Spices is key to making vegetarian food truly palatable.

I chewed down some generic veggie mix (broccoli, carrots, green peas etc) from Lidl, put a bit of multi spice on it while it was in the pot (a mixture of tabasco, black pepper, salt and other stuff), and added some "oriental tomato ketchup" on the plate and it came out really well.

Difficulty level: Easy

Preparation time: 30 min - 1 hour on medium heat.
