What if they bought something legitimate? I think the assumption here is all these cases involve a crime. BUT, if they involve a crime why do we need money transmission laws? Why not just prosecute the crime committed?

This is the police state. This is how a communist Gov works - they can convict you and put you in jail even if you are doing nothing wrong.

I don't understand how anyone could find this acceptable.
