Send them an email and they’ll fix it. I did that when it stopped streaming for me and they fixed it (took like 10 days for them to answer though)

Same experience here. But understandable… I think it’s run by just 3 or 4 people.
I nearly dropped fountain because their search was broken but I did end up reaching out and they did inform me they were fixing the issue.
Very annoying issues but I still love the app.
