You sure about that? 😂 Idk man. I work on the manufacturing business and I see the same shit. People just have worthless work ethic ls now.
Yes the pay is better but i tend to think that the money honestly is the driving factor for performance for this cohort. Any staff member who shows up and consistently adds value is immediatley rewarded for that.
My main point is that a person who is a liar can still think that me having mgmt politely point out mistakes and train to standards makes us bad people for their mental health lmfao, what about the people they are openly manipulating?
All so tiresome. I don't have to offer jobs.
Good on you. It only starts to get better when people like you put your foot down. Boo hoo your mental health. Your great grandparents lost half their children because we didn't have modern medicine, but go on about how your life is "so hard" Grow tf up.
When i was young my bosses would straight tell me i was a fucking moron if i did something moronic. Guess what? I didn't do it anymore!
now you gently show them how again and tell them five times how much you like them and think they are doing a good job but we need these mistakes to not happen anymore and it is treated like a life trauma.
i genuinely don't know how they make it or what employer could afford to maintain their existence
