Yeah, the zaps would just fail constantly. I gave up on it and coinos and just ran an Alby hub.
The ZapReceipt spec is not trivial. There are lots of opportunities for things to not work well... and add to that the complexities of Lightning... it's actually a tortuous and complicated thing for a zap to actually succeed....
