I’m shocked! Said no one!
This is why I just laugh when people claim that the US is a Constitution Republic, or that they are protected by the US Constitution.
In order to be "constitutional" it would first have to observe the limits it outlines upon the State.
The paper is not magic, only people can protect themselves and others.

The State never gives back it's power once taken. Fight like hell to prevent any and all power grabs, especially those made in the name of a crisis.
