Is this one of those LoRa mesh radios? If not, what isnit/what can it be used for?

I don't know much about these radio projects, but interested to learn more.

It is a finished product, and can be ordered. $30 on AliExpress.

It can received & transmit most ham, unlicenced (GMRS, FRS, MURS, PMR446) & commercial radio frequencies.
