Volvo invented the seatbelts and open sourced it. Last I've checked Volvo is still in business decades after the fact. I'm saying that patents incentives violence. Open source is more freedom, less theft and crimes.

R&D now is fueled by the money printers not by truth. Bitcoiners would be more careful in allocating the capital for research. It's a lot harder to bullshit them.
