You can remove and re-add the mint. Try the ‘Existing funds’ toggle on the Add mint view.
You can also export the BIP-39 seed to export to wallet.cashu.me under Menu > Tools > Cashu
Still unable to reconnect to the Minibits mint using https://mint.minibits.cash/Bitcoin
