I’m experiencing the same on Damus today, but it’s all fine on plebstr, might be a temporary issue.

Try opening their website and see if entering your pubkey works. Also paid relays usually have contacts in their description, you can try contacting the devs directly. Sure they’ll be happy to help.

Did you visit any new web clients? I had that happen once after I started checking out a bunch of them. I *think* it was coracle or listr, but I'm not sure.
