My posture has improved noticeably in short time by practicing wall angels. My focus is on raising arms while keeping wrists close to the wall and also maintaining the lower back close to the wall (straight spine). Breathe in as arms raise.

I am experiencing this too, but I mostly practice it by walking with my hands clasped behind my head. Same kind of thing fixing the upper body.....Our shoulders, chest, arms, and hands are all shaped by our time on the compute/phone which is IN/DOWN This is the opposite of that.

I like it, will have to try that out myself
