Support local always if its an option even if it costs a bit more. Find your food from non-typical sources. No more chain stores. No more factory farmed meat. Grow/raise your own if possible. No more packaged franken-food. Swich to Linux or BSD. De-google a phone. No Apple products. To name a few.
