Elon Musk, a private citizen, is withholding payments approved by Congress. He and his team of unelected private citizens are trying to take the Treasury under their own control.
Also the ICE sometimes detain citizens.
This is what I remember they did so far, but they are also talking a lot about doing more authoritarian stuff and it's coming soon. Elon Musk is dismantling democracy and setting ground for a dictatorship
