Revenge has nothing to do with punishing the wicked, though.
And yes, He is a conqueror and will return to make the heavens and earth anew, and is also seated in the judgment seat, and as a judge will judge everyone. So... I'm not sure why you don't think God will not punish again in the future, or, heck, even now.
