I was one of two or three that stated hyperscalers are unecessary and will be ourdated by the time they actually are realized. Water and ecological damage aside.
Who's building it?
No one yet. The developers are circling now though and board was voting on a study related to DC devlopment tonight.
Tract is one that is trying. Can't recall the others.
