I’d suggest setting up a lightning wallet that’s connected to your profile. ‘Wallet of Satoshi’ seems to be the most frictionless setup as of right now.

I’d also recommend getting in as many relays as possible so you get the most exposure to/from others.

Lastly, get ‘verified.’ There’s a lot of ways to do it and it’s really simple and doesn’t cause you to lose privacy.

These are the steps I took and it’s been great so far 😊
