You can probably disable auto capitalization by going to settings->keyboards->auto capitalization
But then I would lose capitalization the rest of the time. I prefer adding a string of text before the npubs, like Cc:

i really dislike that part of apple keebs, makes it impossible to drop the cap when I don't want to use it ...
There’s a setting for that. Also I found a workaround. I just add Cc: before the first npub. Works like a charm
