It takes time and effort to create a fake email. Choose the provider, create and save a password, annoyingly log into the fake email for just this one purpose.

It is considerable friction to sign up and it is antithetical to Nostr and Bitcoin principles.

You know simplelogin? Its pretty simple to use. But yes, definitely that its not the most frictionless option. But in the other hand there are people that doesn't care to much about management of credentials and they need a forgotten password button
