Government bureaucrats at their finest. More than a month ago, I was given an appointment to collect a document this morning at 10:24am. I arrive to find a huge queue of people waiting to go in and told there are no appointments Tuesday morning, get in the queue.

So now I’m standing in -2° while no one goes anywhere. All to collect one piece of paper.
