CURRENT: CHAI SEEDS (OTHER GRAINS?) & NUT MILK HEATED. ADD SMALL AMOUNTS BERRIES, APPLE CIDAR VINEGAR, SPIRULINA, HEMP POWDER/SEEDS, MAGNESIUM

THE MEAL IS AN CONTINUOUS EXPERIMENT AND SOMETIMES POSTPONED. THE GOAL IS TO BE WELL NOURISHED AND SATISFIED.
