Hearing back now that they got verified and after sending the first payment and an email questionaire their account got permanently closed, and that the decision is final πŸ‘€ Not really the onboarding experience I hoped for them. Any idea how to fix this? πŸ˜…

Probably, but definitely not helping with onboarding people, and possibly scaring them of.

Onboarding should feel like they’re very welcome, not that their account is immediately permanently closed because of scams happening in this space (something like that was litteraly in the reply). This might confirm the bias people have from mainstream media. πŸ’‘
