She will be trying my 9mm S&W Shield compact and my little .22 rifle (Rossi). I'm going to try to convince her to try my AR.

Sweet! Those sound awesome! My lady didn’t want to shoot the AR after I did because the boom makes it seem like it will kick like a mule. I promised her it would be ok, held her close as she shot for the fist time and then BOOM,WOOO! She loved it! Her favorite gun to shoot. I hope your AR runs well!
