I have spent the last 2 months reading passages from the Bible and it is anchoring me in a way that therapy or the faith I was raised in never managed.

It's quite the journey I'm on and I'm delighted to see where it takes me. Especially as I feel a great deal of internal tension in navigating what I was raised in and what I'm exploring now.
