😂🤣 I'd say they both have equally rock-bottom low levels, but varied flavors of tech illiteracy. Where Mac users don't know how to fix problems because there are fewer, and Windows users do know how to fix problems, but only with magical rituals and voodoo. Mac users often won't be able to do anything that lays outside of the apple ecosystem. Windows users can do new things, but won't anyway.
