lol well, in some ways it is.
I guess it depends on the mood you are in 🤷♀️ Dubai is quite high time preference and it’s like a better version on Vegas.
But on the other hand building this has done a lot to change the way many (mostly Americans) see the Middle East, it has generated a lot of money for the locals, if you allow yourself to enjoy the lights at night - it can be quite magical, it has become a safe haven for many, there is always something to do here, and it’s VERY Bitcoin friendly.
To be completely honest it’s to me a huge symbol of something build by slaves filled with rich people showing off.

Many that built this worked very hard for what most people would say is not enough money, but I suppose for those people working it was enough compared to where they came from. But I don’t know enough about this topic to fully speak on it, that’s just based on something’s I’ve read.

However, it's equally important for men to be able to unwind and foster a more positive atmosphere when they return home or to their hotel.
When a woman consistently perceives the world through a negative lens, it can create challenges at home, as both partners may become overwhelmed by a barrage of negative thoughts and emotions.
That's a very interesting opinion. It's a dichotomy I haven't heard expressed that particular way. I'll have to ponder that a bit. Thank you.

That being said, a woman should still understand danger and know how to keep herself safe. But when there is no imminent danger like war or a fire, this is how my brain sees things (more of the positives).

Dubai is so wild to me. I can’t even comprehend what it’s like to visit. Moreless live in a place like this.
Based on the photos you post, I’m guessing you are lucky enough to live in a place with lots of space and fresh air. If that’s the case, yeah Dubai might be a bit overwhelming, but if you ever get the urge to visit - it might be an interesting change of scenery.
