I also suspect not. Even the nip-96 or blossom server returns the nip94 event but I think Amethyst does not subscribe to it and does not send it to the relays.

We used to send nip94 for everything, but nip 71 and 68 moved pictures and videos to their own kinds, which it think it is better. Nip 71 might be broken down into long form and short videos in the future.
