I found it unstable, about a year ago. Have you tried Voice ?
It seems stable now, though does stall for a moment when importing a folder with 500 hours of audio. Haven't tried Voice.

Regarding sleep cycles and the sun, probably the healthiest thing you can do. We had no power here for about a week last year.m Ended up settling in to a really healthy sleep cycle and felt great!
