Formerly St. Steven's tower, Queen Elizabeth 2nd tower doesn't just house a clock. Inside is a bell named Big Ben. It has a distinctive sound because it cracked when first cast. So, not only is the reviewer wrong about it only being a clock, he was wrong because Big Ben is a bell!
