Honestly they are all somehow part of WEF. It's a big club and we are not invited but our money does.

He's talking about running the IMF out of Argentina , but if he has affiliations with the WEF he is immediately sus , and it would be in his interest to explain it.
Then again, one time the WEF included lightning labs as an affiliated member and they explained that they had just gone ahead and done that without their permission.
