interesting supply side hypothetical - if something is in short supply it's price goes up .. but if something really is in demand ..and it has supply to fulfill a need - it ends up being bought ..

I mean , humans have bought trillions dollar worth of smartphones .. all at sub 1000 dollars .. not 1000 smartphone bought by ultra rich for a million dollar a piece ..
