Man, some European entrepreneurs are just plain dumb. And we're talking about seasoned CEOs.

One of them says he doesn’t get why his daughter is studying a foreign language. He says, we have all these AI simultaneous translators now. He thinks she should be learning [some BS job skill of your choice] instead in school.

Another one is whining about how Google is messing with him. It changed the algorithm and wiped out 90% of his organic traffic overnight. But don’t worry, he’s got a plan: ChatGPT will make up for the lost revenue. So basically, he’s solving his Big Tech dependency with even more Big Tech. Until the whole cycle starts over again. The word “self-sovereignty” hasn’t even crossed his mind.

Then there’s another CEO complaining that Europe is falling behind technologically because we’re supposedly lacking skilled workers. But let’s be real: for the past 25 years, entrepreneurs here have had the best possible conditions. They’ve been pampered with government support and subsidies like the unemployment office that made it possible for wages to stagnate. And inflation, taxes, and insurance ate up the rest of it. There are some really good programmers here, but none of these coddled CEOs ever think to retrain them. Nobody does that anymore, everyone expects ready to go talent for 2,500€ a month.

And now there's high unemployment, even among skilled workers, and companies don't even bother replying to applications. These spoiled idiots keep whining anyway.

Entrepreneurs blaming everything and everyone else, the system, the economy, without ever considering that maybe *they* are the problem.

I’m telling you, a high income isn’t something anyone earns. All these people who think “I deserve this” or “I built this myself” are wrong. Allah ﷻ is the only one who distributes wealth, and He has His own criteria. He’s the only one who deserves any praise and credit for anything. But most people don't understand.

Who is Allah?

Seriously? Have you never heard the name before?

I was wondering in 2025 on Nostr was it really necessary to play the Allah card (or Christ or Buddha or any other)?

It's always necessary, always. You think, the Creator and Maintainer of all things suddenly vanished and we took over that part or what? Try maintaining day and night change, if you think so.

I don’t dispute the very likely existence of some higher entity.

Trouble is imo, we have given this entity countless names, a gender (almost exclusively that of a male), a narrative associated to sets of laws, whilst each of us claiming that theirs is the “real” one, the one and only.

How is that beneficial to the collective growth of humanity?

Last time I checked, we have, over the millennia, cursed, hated and killed each other precisely because of these arrogant claims.

No?

Absolutely right. Nobody can deny it.

But with all these incidents, as serious as they may have been, you’ve got to ask yourself, was it really the religion’s fault, or did people just misunderstand or twist things to fit their own agenda, totally going against what the religion actually teaches?

And you’ll see, in almost every case it was the latter.

In the end, it was the last paragraph of your original note that sparked the discussion.

Does it still stand in its entirety would you say?

Look, in the end it all comes down to what each person personally believes. And everyone should believe whatever they want, that’s totally fine. In our belief system, though, the concept that all provision comes from Allah alone is fundamental.

Fair enough and thank you for sharing your thoughts.
