Can you elaborate please Shawn - I literally heard this from a broker implementing changes to his setup right now, ready for Jan. If he advertises and then sells (delivers), why is that meaningfully any different?

I don’t doubt he’s making changes. The changes required, however, are regarding outbound promotion. Sales. Marketing. It does not (unless someone can demonstrate otherwise) require changes to his actual products and services.

If I’ve missed something, please let me know. I had first hand exposure to FCA during my time with Bottlepay. We could accept customers from across the EEA, but we could only market in the UK.
