no diet works for people of low intelligence and impulse control.
and people with high intelligence and impulse control are all fit regardless of diet.
all we can do is for people who are in-between ( like you ) to make it slightly easier to control your impulses.
you are too dumb to count calories for example but you can feast and fast - so that's what you have to do then.
