But you need to look at the history and why. With the rise of Christianity, lending money was considered sinful (one of many things I find absurd about religion generally, but that’s another topic) while for Jews it was not. In many European countries Jews were forced to lend money to nobles as Christians couldn’t. Jews also placed high value on education, so they were smart and good with money. They did well in this scenarios but the silly nobles couldn’t manage their money, kept borrowing, and finally decided they didn’t want to pay the Jews back. Persecuted, killed and kicked them out of the country. On to the next, start over, rinse and repeat. This is of course one part of Jews, in Europe. Jews being kicked out of Muslim countries and others for different reasons. But Jews are not a monolith. There are rich and poor, light and dark, good and evil, and many other types of Jews, like many other groups. And yes there are some rich Jews, along with rich Christian’s, rich Arabs, rich Hindus, rich communists, rich etc etc who control the world.
