Has anyone built a good wallet for it? Does mutiny support it? Do any solid nostr clients like Damus allow me to use it as an nsec-bunker?

I'd love to not need to copy keys around, but that requires having somewhere I feel comfortable keeping them.

Not really. We plan to eventually add login with nsec bunker to mutiny but there's very little adoption as of now

SN allows crossposting. We have a PR that be merged soon that crossposts most post types via nostr:npub1s9etjgzjglwlaxdhsveq0qksxyh6xpdpn8ajh69ruetrug957r3qpklxzl

More will follow, but we are reliant on extensions exclusively right now which aren't available everywhere and can be painful to use in some cases.

There are already nostr-login, nostr-ignition and some other lib cooked by fiatjaf to simplify adoption for apps, should be pretty straightforward from now on.
