Extremely impressive! What are you doing to decrease your resting heart rate?

My trinity is crossfit, surfing, and tennis. And lots and lots of walking first thing when I wake up.

Holy shit I'm out of shape. I've never seen my RHR under 54. I got work to do.

54 is great and super healthy!

Holy crap. I've never checked this statistic.

I'm working in the low 50s trying to see my first 40s resting and first all night average in the 50s.
