Are there any tricks you applied in having better sleep?

I’m currently trying to quit my phone before bed and read some stoic books to reflect on myself. While sleeping I tape my mouth so I’m obliged to breathe through my nose. It helped my sleep and my body to recover massively

a warm shower helps, cooling the room a bit beforehand

i’ve used melatonine only to nudge my sleeping schedule earlier, but mostly, it’s just been giving up my phone and not giving into my hyperfocus, which tends to happen for me past midnight
