I read your page and my first thought is this actually solves the biggest issue in my mind about Nostr. With this scale maybe it is not a problem but as more people join it will be more fragmented. And with this fragmentation there will be relays that will ban some people. So this is actually a good idea but I always thought it is possible to do with current environments.
