A little over 10 years ago, I broke up with my bf back then and I felt down (LOL, it’s a beautiful chapter today but little did I know). Anyway, I started practicing guided meditations and a beautiful friend dragged me to an energy healer.

Day by day, and as I was practicing both regularly, I changed, and my life has changed. I am so grateful for that breakup and depression (and glad he’s not on Nostr 😀) that took me on this journey and revealed to me that it’s never about a break up or a person or even an incident, it’s always about the many accumulated emotions and thoughts we collect as we live.

I rarely practice guided meditations today, I rather listen Solfeggio frequencies and guide myself depending on what I need to feel at that moment. I practiced enough to learn that. But I also know that no one could teach me what I learned through these moments of oneness. Somethings in life must be felt and experienced so we can resonate with it.

So, I started creating these meditations with joy to give people a chance to walk similar paths. I don’t like all the key words I use but I have to be friends with the algo as you know however the video content itself is based on journeys I experienced or witnessed. You can say its my way to thank the universe for the opportunity and spreading more of it.
