Boom! Number Stay Steady or Slightly Down!
Flipped my noon-6pm intermittent fasting eating window to more like 10am-3pm* and that finally got me back into a solid keto groove.
Short-term I want to see what ~11% body fat feels like, but 12% is probably a more realistic longer term goal.
Always end up incorporating some carb-cycling phases, too.

*(why shift the eating window? Supposedly most of the intermittent fasting benefits are when you eat earlier, fast later. 🤷♂️ If nothing else, sometimes keto just needs a change to get out of a rut)
