There's some mystical/magical, phenomenon associated with this. We don't know for certain, so it requires a leap of faith. The length of that leap is determined by the amount of work you put in.
In reality it does not matter who Satoshi is, I run a node, therefore I/we are Satoshi.

Yes. I recognize this too. (But still, SOMEBODY was Satoshi, and Nash had ALL the intellectual fire power and all the relevant knowledge to do it; I find it fascinating)
