I'm not currently aware of any example of a person who's clearly not mentally ill at all

There are some where I'm not sure if their mental illness is severe

And there are some like myself where the issues are mainly emotional with pretty good cognition

But the vast majority have both emotional and cognitive mental issues that are very severe

You are clearly a good example

Again, you need to expand your circle, and your belief system overall.

You live in a very shitty and very isolated world, which is entirely self inflicted.
