France has pledged €100 million (approximately $108m) in aid to Lebanon, with President Emmanuel Macron emphasizing the need for "massive aid" to support the country. The pledge came as an international conference was held in Paris to rally support for cash-strapped Lebanon, which has been affected by Israeli strikes that have displaced over a million people. Macron condemned Israel's continued military offensive and reiterated calls for a ceasefire.
