Not sure whether I would call this a dream or nightmare....

You wake up TOMORROW morning and the US president has issued new executive order declaring $1 will be pegged to 1 Satoshi.

Immediate questions that come to mind:

have those cats (Buffet, Big Banks, the alphabet soup of agencies) been secretly accumulating sats?

are their enough sats in circulation to cover the USD in circulation?

have they (govments) discovered a hack or other means of manipulating/controlling btc?

what breaks in the short -> mid -> long term?

what is fixed in the short -> mid -> long term?

I would love to hear thoughts on this.

Going to think on it a bit. I am not sure how I feel about it yet.
